Our Services
Whether you're an employer or an individual seeking visa advice, the process is the same - information, consultation and advice.
Our GPS Steps

Guidance
The first step is solid advice based in research using current migration legislation. Working directly with the Principal Registered Migration Agent (RMA), you will be able to understand your options in plain English, identify a pathway to move forward as well as any possible issues that may arise with clear guidance.
Following our initial consultation, we will share a personalised letter of advice - our migration plan. This helps move us to Step Two: Planning.

Planning
The second step is to act on the advice in our migration plan should you wish to proceed. This will include our recommended pathway, further information that may be required and an easy to follow set of steps. Migration is complicated; we make it easy to find your way with planning.
We will also issue a full service agreement that outlines all fees should you wish to proceed.
Note that there is no obligation to continue with GPS Migration following our letter of advice.

Support
Lodging the paperwork with the relevant government departments and stakeholders is only the start; the big thing that differentiates one agent from another is support.
For our third step, we remain with you for the rest of the journey, from lodgement and outcome.
For those cases that require ongoing compliance and support, we can continue our journey together even after we've reached our desired outcome.
Fees and Inclusions
At GPS Migration Australia, we want you to understand the cost of your migration matter before you commit. We provide a written quote setting out our professional fees, the work included and the additional costs you should allow for.
Whether you are sponsoring an employee, applying for permanent residence or seeking help with another migration matter, your quote reflects the services and support you need.
Indicative professional fees
For standard matters, we offer fixed professional fees for an agreed scope of work. We confirm your final fee after assessing your circumstances.
All amounts are in Australian dollars and no GST is applicable. Fees quoted are our professional service fees only - visa application fees, government charges and third-party costs are additional.

For the stages included in your quote, our standard professional fees cover eligibility advice, a tailored document checklist, review of supporting evidence, application preparation and lodgement, and routine communication with the relevant authority through to the first decision. Your service agreement confirms the exact scope and payment milestones.
Employer nomination work includes standard evidence about the genuine position and market salary, and a review of any existing LMT evidence. Optional LMT support covers advertisement wording, campaign guidance and preparation of an evidence summary using recruitment results supplied by the employer. Paid advertisements, external recruitment services, specialist reports and additional campaigns are not included in the support fee and are quoted separately.
The 494 package includes assistance with the relevant Regional Certifying Body application. RCB charges are additional. Standard employer package prices cover the ordinary employer-sponsored streams; labour agreement and DAMA matters are POA.
Skills assessment preparation and the assessing authority's fees are excluded from the employer and skilled migration packages. Citizenship pricing covers a standard adult conferral application; residence exemptions, adverse information, refusals and other complex issues are POA.

Government and third-party costs
Our professional fees cover the work performed by GPS Migration Australia. Additional costs may include visa application charges, sponsorship and nomination charges, the Skilling Australians Fund levy, skills assessments, English language tests, health examinations, police checks and translations. Third-party suppliers may charge GST even though GPS Migration does not
We outline the costs relevant to your matter and provide estimates where available. Government and third-party charges can change, so the amount payable is confirmed before payment.
If your matter needs additional work
The published fees are a guide for the standard scope described above. After reviewing your circumstances, we confirm a fixed fee before you engage us. If your matter requires work outside that scope, we explain the additional services and agree any fee variation with you in writing before proceeding. Reviews and appeals are separately quoted.
Discuss your options
Contact GPS Migration Australia to discuss your circumstances and receive a quote tailored to your needs. We will explain the proposed work and costs so you can make an informed decision about proceeding.
