Meet Mitch.
Mitch Jones is the Principal Consultant for GPS Migration, combining over two decades of experience in international recruitment and migration support.

Prior to starting GPS Migration, Mitch trained as a teacher and taught both locally and internationally. Whilst his international experiences as a teacher helped form a view of migration, his subsequent two decades of experience supporting international teachers in their move to Australia is where he found his niche.

Mitch was born, raised and continues to live in regional & rural NSW. He knows the unique challenges of accessing skilled workers to support regional businesses and economies.

Mitch holds a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Education and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice (High Distinction.) Mitch was added to the Dean’s Merit List at University of Technology and also received a Migration Law and Practice Excellence Award.

Meet Jess.
The real brains of the operation, Jess Hunter is the Administrative Lead for GPS Migration. Jess is a Registered Nurse with experience living and working in Sydney and Tamworth as well as having spent her own time living in the United Kingdom.

With over 20 years experience in nursing and healthcare, Jess is very much in tune with one of the most common skilled occupations in the entire Australian migration system. Jess' attention to detail from years of working in hospitals across NSW helps make sure the same attention to detail is applied to candidates working with GPS Migration Australia.

Jess is a farmer's daughter from Western NSW and, like Mitch, she knows the benefits skilled migrants can bring to local regional and rural communities. All she needs to do is take a look around her hospital ward to see the wonderful diversity of healthcare workers on hand!

When not saving lives at the hospital or helping candidates in their visa process, Jess can often be found on the road from Tamworth visiting family across Sydney, Dubbo, Mudgee or Canberra.
